Avaya stopped selling its INDeX systems from the 31st of May 2006 and will focus on two global product lines of IP Office and Communication Manager. However, the company will continue to support the platform with technical support, spares, and repairs for three years after the May deadline.

Do Not Panic

Support UK will continue to provide support for Avaya’s INDeX longer than the Avaya deadline. We currently provide reconditioned parts for all areas of your present system as well as first rate engineers. The INDeX end of life purely means that there will be no more development on the INDeX platform. That being said the feature set currently available is more than many organisation would or do use.

Support UK are commited to supporting the platform for at least five years after the Avaya deadline. We already carry out our own repairs and have an excellent stock holding of every conceivable spare. With the end of life statement most components are readily available for a fantastic price. If you are looking purely for additional handsets or even basic systems the second user market is very boyant.
